Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 7:00 AM EST typically qualify for same-day shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.

Domestic Shipping Estimates We ship all orders via USPS. Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days after the order has been shipped.

Address Accuracy Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. E-Monae Jewels LLC is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. We are unable to redirect or retrieve packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Issues & Insurance All orders shipped are insured. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, or if there are any issues with the delivery process, please contact your local post office directly to open a claim. While E-Monae Jewels LLC is not liable for carrier errors or delays, we are happy to provide any documentation needed to assist you with your postal claim.
